Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Available carriers, delivery estimates, and rates are shown at checkout based on your address and cart.

  • Expedited options may be offered at checkout where available.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to populate after the label is created.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.

  • Some products or carriers may not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO; if so, please provide a physical address.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an invalid/undeliverable address, re-shipping fees will apply.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier takes possession of your package.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control.

  • For high-value orders, signature may be required at our discretion.

Split Shipments

  • To speed delivery, items in the same order may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

  • Customs may delay delivery; such delays are outside our control.

  • Declared values reflect the actual purchase price. We cannot mark shipments as “gift.”

Lost, Stolen, or Marked “Delivered” Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Please file a claim with the carrier; we’ll assist with documentation where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  • We do not accept returns at any times under any circumstances. After verification, we may provide a replacement or other remedy at our discretion. Refunds are not offered.

Pre-Orders & Backorders (if applicable)

  • Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page or at checkout and are subject to change.

  • Your payment method may be charged at the time of purchase to reserve inventory. All pre-order/backorder sales are final.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

  • Refused, unclaimed, or returned packages remain a final sale. Additional re-shipping or storage fees may apply.
